"I decided begin my career as a chiropractor in Watertown, SD back in 2003. I grew up locally on a farm 20 miles north of Watertown. I went to school at South Dakota State University for pharmacy for my first three years, but I decided that I could better serve patients to solve their pain and health issues better through natural means (rehab, chiropractic, and nutrition).”

What Sets Our Office Apart
Our office is set apart from other offices in Watertown by four things:
- Our goal is to get you out of pain as fast as possible.
- We teach you how to stay out of pain with evidence-based exercises.
- We use the latest treatment with Radial and Focused shockwave equipment that heals conditions that have failed physical therapy, drugs, and injections.
- We recommend supplements and nutrition proven to work.
What Are Common Misconceptions About Chiropractic?
Many people in Watertown think that chiropractic is expensive and that they will keep you coming back for life. Since our goal is to get you out of pain as quickly as possible, many of the common conditions we treat are better in 3-6 treatments. I am up front with my patients as to whether I can help them or not. Some conditions (like a disc bulge or herniation, which can take a month or longer to treat) can take longer than 6 treatments, but Dr. Dingsor is up front with patients with realistic time frames for healing.
Once patients are out of pain and the condition has stabilized with rehab, we dismiss them and do not reschedule them. The patient decides when they need to come back for further care.
Give Watertown Chiropractic a call today. Why wait and be in pain for any longer? We can see most people the same day they call. We will also treat you (as opposed to some places that only examine and take x-rays on the first visit) during the first visit so you can be on your way out of pain as quickly as possible. We are conveniently located in Watertown on highway 212 between Tractor Supply and Goodwill.

What Kind of Training Does a Chiropractor Have?
Chiropractic doctors go through a minimum of four years of schooling at a chiropractic college, generally preceded by an undergraduate degree in the basic sciences or several years of experience in a prior relevant health care field.
Students of chiropractic care must spend a minimum of at least 4,200 hours with their teacher, and a minimum of 1,000 hours of fully supervised clinical training with an instructor as they learn the appropriate diagnosis and techniques to help heal your body and restore it to its natural, fully functioning state.
At Watertown Chiropractic our chiropractic team is ready to meet with you to discuss your needs. We will help to design a program that is right for you. We look forward to meeting you.
